It is our annual tradition to meet up in a unique Polish location to discuss improvements to the business, changes we would like to make in the industry and future projects. We met in Szymbark for the first time, then a meeting in Toruń, now the choice was?Wzgórza Dylewskie!
This beautiful spot in Western Masuria was purchased by the Dr Irena Eris company and turned into a hotel, spa and recreation centre. Whether you choose a hotel room or one of the villas, you could appreciate the closeness to nature and various opportunities for relaxation ? spa, skin care procedures, outdoor and indoor activities.
The focus on the third meeting was quality assurance and the use of CAT tools in our business process. It was also an opportunity to meet our new team members ? Milena and Małgorzata ? and collectively brainstorm new ideas and developments. We met on Thursday morning and worked together on the incoming projects. Members of the team delivered presentations on technologies and the LSP industry. After work, we went to the spa centre to unwind after a hard day?s work! The following day, we continued to work together and discuss current issues related to our business processes. Dorota and Mark, our founders, provided us with delicious treats along the way. Each evening, we enjoyed a meal together and had a lot of fun playing pool or board games (more photos on our FB page!).
